David Salas' Redemption Story

David Salis’ story is a powerful testimony of God’s redemption through childhood trauma, foster care, rejection, addiction, broken relationships, divorce, and years of condemnation.

Growing up in a violent home, being separated from his siblings, moving through the foster care system, and carrying deep wounds into adulthood, David found himself repeating patterns of anger, insecurity, and brokenness. Even while being involved in church, he struggled silently with sin, shame, and the fear that he had failed beyond repair.

But God never stopped pursuing him.

Through the love of Jesus, the power of the Holy Spirit, and the truth that there is no condemnation in Christ, David began to surrender the pieces of his life he could not fix on his own. God started restoring his heart, his marriage, his relationship with his children, his relationship with his ex-wife, and the family connections that once felt broken.

This story is a reminder that no one is too far gone for the love of God. What the enemy tried to destroy, Jesus can redeem. If the Lord can redeem David, He can redeem you too.
